It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any items to be moved that are valued in excess of £500 for insurance purposes.

With regards to your moving date, we as a business understand that moving dates can change and this is the reason why we do not take deposits. All we ask is that we are kept updated with regards to any potential moving date. When a definite moving date is known, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability on that day.
